Raised by his grandparents, Pat’s life took a dark turn during the pill epidemic, leading him down a path of drug dealing and ultimately incarceration at 26. But his story doesn’t end there. Through the 2nd Opportunity program, Pat discovered the importance of setting goals in his transformation journey. With the guidance of a dedicated program facilitator (shout out to our Valerie!), he was able to break free from his past and start building a new future.

Today, Pat is happily engaged, working in a restaurant, and planning to launch his own food truck business. His story is a powerful reminder that no matter where you start, you have the power to rewrite your future.
